

Under "paper size" scroll all the way down to "manage custom sizes." Click on the + sign toward the bottom and enter width: 5 inches, height: 7 inches and click "ok". Most people looking for a 5 x 7 envelope actually need this slightly larger size to accommodate a 5 x 7 folded greeting card. An A7 fits inside an A8, A9 or A10 envelope.

You can also use it to send 5 x 7 photos or postcards. (If you choose File>Save as, there should be an option to change the file format to pdf.) Measuring 5 1/4 x 7 1/4 the A7 envelope is another common size for an invitation or greeting card. (When you open the paper drawer, the printer should ask if you want to keep the paper the same size and give you an option to change it.) You should be able to adapt them for a PC.
